I get so tired of weird people attacking the AΩ and the HOGD out of sheer ignorance over and over. I get such nonsense quite frequently, but this time, it has gone too far. Recently, some "know it all" named Jochen Van Aelten wrote on our YouTube channel in response to this video...

"If your only goal is to bring Magick to the people the why are your courses so expensive ?I think your only in it for the glory and to make money ! The Golden Dawn back in the day's even had a rule that you could not ask money for lessons.

The only thing you could do then is to not take a huge profit on what you claim is actually Magick!
The content of your courses try to make people believe that casting spells and Magick is the same thing, which it is NOT!!
Even the quality of what you are selling with a huge profit is far below the standards of what Magick actually means!

The above is so over the top that I took the time to set this yoyo straight, as follows:

To begin with, the Alpha Ωmega is a free church and not a business, so your bizarre rant shows only how clueless you are. 

FYI, the AΩ uses the  funds from our courses for many things, including funding the many free services we provide for the esoteric community, like for example producing of the free magick training video you just watched. 

Or did you think that video just fell out of the sky? No. It did not. It cost real money to produce in the real world. The Alpha Ωmega fully funded the production of that video, not only so that you could watch it for free, but so that you would not even have to watch YouTube ads before it. 

Or did you even notice that YouTube ads are turned off on our videos? Of course not. That is how oblivious you are. 

Our courses, by the way, are by no means expensive, especially considering the bi-weekly or monthly live classes we provide, but of course you don't know that either, which is weird for a man who presumes to pass judgement on the Alpha Ωmega without even knowing what the hell he is talking about. 

So you have that part of your rant abysmally wrong too. Au contraire. Our courses are of great value and they fund the mission of the Alpha Ωmega as well the many wonderful free services we provide for the esoteric community. 

Or maybe you didn't even notice the absence of a collection plate at the end of our free daily livestream ritual practice streamed 24/7 on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter or Periscope. Now how do you think all of that got paid for? Do you imagine it was Santa's eves, perhaps? 

As a matter of fact, Jochen, you are so abysmally clueless that there can be only three possibilities. Either: 

[1] you are only 10 years old (in which case you get a pass)

[2] you have been living in a bubble or on a remote island leaving you so clueless, or 

[3] you are being deliberately deceptive in order to mislead our viewers. 

I am pretty sure its number 3, considering your defense of that pervert Crowley. 

Oh And by the way... YES it was very expensive back in the day under Mathers to study with the Golden Dawn. You are wrong about that too, so you are 3 for 3 for cluelessness here. 

Nonetheless, for what its worth, thank you for sharing your demonstrably ignorant opinions, as I am sure there is someone here who will find my clarification enlightening.

Golden dawn FLAME WAR Reignites (Morgan "Antifa" Eckstein's Facebook Hate Group Attacks the Golden Dawn and its Members!

You may recall my Golden Dawn peace initiative that brought peace and harmony in the Golden Dawn community. That peace initiative has held now for over three years and has ushered in a period of unparalleled peace and prosperity.

Sadly, I must today report that one Golden Dawn Facebook group - the one owned by Antifa Communist, Morgan Eckstein, leader of Golden Dawn wannabe group in Denver) has begun a renewed pathetic attempt to start a new Golden Dawn flame war - all by himself.

This misguided individual thinks he is being cute by publishing reams of troll attacks on me and my reputation. Apparently, he doesn't recall that his attacks also are also an affront to the THOUSANDS of hard working HOGD/AO members around the world. In fact, on other order member was also attacked when he came to my defense. Or perhaps Monsieur Eckstein has forgotten how fed up the Golden Dawn community was with his antics the last time he launched a completely one sided flame war like this. 

Let's be clear. No one is attacking HIM. Eckstein is trying to start this flame war all by himself by publishing harassment against HOGD/AΩ members on his Facebook hate group. 

Actually, this is not a flame war at all. From where I sit, it looks more like FIGHT CLUB!

Look, lets be clear about this. Eckstein is one of the people in the world who most wants to be me. 

In fact, this guy is just DYING of envy. In his twisted brain, he thinks by publishing garbage trying to denigrate me, it will somehow elevate him.

WRONG! All this sad spectacle REALLY does is remind the entire Golden Dawn community what a gratuitous shit stirrer this bozo really is. 

Here is a small sampling of the attack posts Eckstein recently approved for publication on his Facebook Golden Dawn hate group.

Knowing Eckstein, this is only the beginning. I have no doubt I will be publishing a lot more of this silliness for your entertainment.

Preparations for MagickAll 2015: April 10-12, 2015 at Shadow Mountain

Here at the Golden Dawn's Alpha Omega Temple, we are hard at work preparing for  MagickAll 2015, our yearly gathering of magickal tribes.

The event this year will be one weekend only, April 10-12. Although donations are gladly accepted, our yearly MagickAll gathering is our free-of-charge gift to the Magickal community.

In light of last year's problems, we will not release the final schedule until the last minute. Here is some of what you can expect though. 

Experts will lecture on the following Magickal traditions:

• British Traditional Witchcraft & Alexandrian Magick
• Shamanic Magick
• Astrology and Magick
• Hermetic Magick
• Shamanic Drumming

On Sunday, April 12 there is the possibility of Golden Dawn Neophyte initiation (prior application required). Another highlight will be an International Grand Sabbat of Alexandrian Witches.

Here is more exciting news. Saturday night's MagickAll highlight is the "Shadow Mountain Micro Burn." With the assistance of the Las Vegas' Burning Man community, we are presently lining up DJs, fire spinners, etc. It will be awesome.

Here at Shadow Mountain outside Las Vegas, we are fortunate to live on an ancient lake bottom similar to the playa at Burning Man's Black Rock City. To create enough room for the "Micro Burn, we are reconstructing and doubling the size of our dance circle.

"You know, you are already more famous than Aleister Crowley was in his lifetime." 

"What do you mean?", I asked. 

"Crowley only had the British tabloids to attack him now and then. That's nothing compared to you. You have entire websites, blogs, and Facebook groups that exist only to vilify you. The demonisation of Crowley was small potatoes by comparison."

That is pretty funny, but our Frater from Berlin has a point that some people are so obsessed with me, they do nothing but talk trash about me on the Internet, as anyone who follows the Golden Dawn has already known for a very long time. According to my detractors, none our order's thousands of members around the world exist at all, our order has no temples, and I am the most evil man who ever lived.

Yes. Uncle Al would be envious of such publicity.

This Spring we open our doors even wider - and YOU too are invited - no matter what sort of Magick you practice.

 

Adjacent to AΩ Isis Temple, at the foot of Shadow Mountain, lay over 200 acres of pristine desert perfect for Spring camping. Here in the Mojave desert, temperatures are quite pleasant already in April. So bring your camping gear or - even better - your RV. There are hotels nearby, but it is not at all the same as immersing yourself in desert nature.

We will provide portable restrooms, a camp shower, and a camp kitchen for those who need it. You are  also welcome in our oversized 24/7 hot tub (sky clad only in the tub, but clothes are required everywhere else).
